Log Styles

No matter what size or style, each Heritage log is carefully chosen. Only select-grade timber is used. Only the strongest, finest-grained portion of a tree--the heartwood--is used. Each log is allowed to season naturally, slowly, to stabilize the moisture content. This process minimizes shrinking and maximizes the natural fiber strength of the wood. Heritage logs are simply the best.

Heritage uses the most precise milling techniques known to insure that each graded log is precise and uniform. Each stage of their manufacturing process improves and enhances the qualities of the wood. Heritage uses their patented double tongue-and-groove joinery system and the Self-Tightening Thru-Bolt Fastening System in all of their log series. These systems' unique engineering elements allow Heritage logs to fit tightly and precisely together to form a truly solid log wall.
